Southside Storage is a smaller storage facility, yet we are very reasonable in price and have similar types of units as most other storage facilities in town.  Our units vary from an entry closet to a large garage type unit.

*  Rent is due on the first (1st) of the month,  a $25 Security Deposit required upon renting a storage unit.  There is a 30-day Non-Refundable initial period in which contract changes to a month to month contract. Tenant must remain in the unit for the first 31-days to receive any refund on the Security Deposit.

* A 15 Day Notice prior to move out must be given prior to move out.  You must remain in the unit for these 15 days or incur a penalty for leaving prior to the end of the 15th  day notice. Unit must be swept and free of all damage and/or debris to receive any remaining rent and/or deposit back.
