Our rental agreements operate on a month-to-month basis following an initial minimum rental period of 30 days. Rent is due in full on the first of each month, with a brief grace period before late fees are applied.
➣ Rent will be pro-rated based on the terms of your contract for the duration of your tenancy or vacancy. Please note that both rent and the security deposit are non-refundable if you choose to vacate within the first 30 days.
➣ When moving out, your rent and security deposit will be refunded only if you meet all move-out requirements. This includes providing at least 15 days’ notice before vacating and ensuring the unit is clean, free of damage, and devoid of debris upon inspection by management.
➣ Please be aware that we currently do not offer storage for RVs, boats, jet skis, motorcycles, off-road bikes, coffee carts, or cars.
➣ Our facility grounds are inspected daily, and we make every effort to keep the area clean and free of debris. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness and preventing insect and rodent infestations. Please refrain from leaving food or drinks unattended, and do not pour beverages on the pavement, as this attracts pests.
➣ Our experienced on-site manager/resident and staff are here to guide you! If we don’t have what you need, we’ll gladly connect you with someone who does.
➣ All storage units are located on the ground level and are not heated or temperature controlled. Some of our smaller units can be accessed via a short hallway with open access. These hallways are equipped with timer switches for lighting, which will automatically turn off—please do not attempt to force the timers off. Exterior lights activate at dusk to enhance visibility.
➣ Each unit is equipped with a garage-style door to facilitate easy loading and unloading of items. If you experience difficulty operating your door, please contact us before attempting any fixes, as this may cause additional damage.
➣ We kindly ask all tenants to be considerate of one another. If another vehicle is entering the facility while you are trying to exit, please allow them to pass through first. If you encounter issues with your gate code, feel free to visit the office for assistance—we’re here to help!
